Compare the current BIMP editions, capacity, remediation allowance, and included features.
The edition shown in the BIMP header and Billing and usage page describes your organization’s contracted access. A temporary grant can add access without changing that contracted edition label.

Edition names describe product access. They do not claim that an organization is certified against a legal or compliance standard.
Understand capacity
Section titled “Understand capacity”Paid SaaS capacity starts at 10 repositories. Essentials supports 10–99 repository slots. Standard and Enterprise start at 100.
Each licensed repository slot contributes ten artifact slots to one pooled organization capacity. An artifact is a distinct supported image-reference file on a tracked repository target.
The Trial allows onboarding capacity until its single remediation allowance is consumed. After that point, the onboarding baseline is frozen and new usage cannot expand beyond it without paid or granted access.
Understand restrictions
Section titled “Understand restrictions”When an action is unavailable, open Settings → Organization → Billing and usage to check:
- contracted edition;
- active grants;
- repository and artifact usage;
- trial remediation state; and
- renewal or paid-through status.
If you are an Owner, you can change eligible commercial access. If you are a Security Administrator, you can read the billing and usage state. If you are a Member, you see enough status to understand when an Owner may need to act.
Beta pricing
Section titled “Beta pricing”Development and controlled beta-staging environments can display locale-formatted £0.00 repository prices for monthly and annual choices. These are sandbox amounts and are not a statement of future production pricing.
